Refund & Replacement Policy

At Tina Luxe, we take great care to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of any issue, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns. Replacements are only offered for wrong or damaged products. If a replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be provided for that item.

Return Window

Customers can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any exchange or refund request, we require a clear unboxing video without any cuts. This video must clearly show the parcel being opened, the condition of the packaging, and the product received. Without this video, we will not be able to process your claim.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or processed as an exchange, depending on your request and product availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- If the product is defective or wrong, Tina Luxe covers the return shipping.
- For other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping charges.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Time

Once your return or replacement request is approved and the product is received back, please allow up to 7 business days for processing the refund or dispatching the replacement.
